Keeping teams focused on finding balance between customer needs, organizational strengths, brand guidelines and cost targets isn’t easy. To organize actions, manage timelines and meet financial goals, I help organizations draft customer-focused project plans and manage their implementation.

By connecting a company’s strengths to customer needs, marketing plays the lead role in how and where a company or brand shows up in the world. I help companies identify and keep customer needs at the center of product development, internal communications, events and all external communications, including earned, paid and owned media.

Launching

The clock is ticking. The channel is waiting, Salespeople are warming up clients. I work cross-functionally with engineering and production teams to assure product assets are available, that sales tools are in the pipeline, that legal has approved launch collateral and that the company, agency and vendors are ready to deliver against rigid timelines.

Selling

How do you help a customer see themselves in your product? Make sure it’s wearing their colors. I use advanced visualization software to build personalized, sales-ready collateral to feed account-based initiatives. These assets move seamlessly into inbound and outbound campaigns, in traditional and digital media, ads and promotions.
